This is the day we went to look at it. Of course, I wish I would have taken just a few more pictures of a few different angles.

We actually bought this house about a month and a half before Adam went to the hospital. Still, on track for a new build but it was going to be another year before it would be done, and we just could not do another year in the camper! My oldest son's aunt and uncle had just built a home and in perfect timing too! We bought their trailer. I was only planning to paint and have open shelving at that time, just to have it light and airy while we waited out the building process. We bought the home in June and wasn't going to be able to get it delivered until the end of August/ early September, so we started painting and doing some minor remodeling before transport.
And at home, work was still being done on the property. Rock driveway and kind of smoothing out some rough patches.
These were taken just 6 days before Adam went to the hospital.
At this point we had a normal work week and had plans to keep trucking along, but here in the story is where Adam was taken to the hospital with heart attack like symptoms. 6 hours later he was airlifted to Barnes Jewish where he had emergency open heart surgery and stayed for 28 days. I was hoping to have the trailer delivered before he got discharged but schedules just wouldn't line up. I felt terrible having to bring him home to the camper.
This was the first school day after he got out of the hospital...there may have been some tears. The kids were so afraid he wouldn't be home when they got home, so we waited at the picnic table by the road for the bus.

Love this all, how happy you are all to have a house.
Sad about the 28 day hospitalization stay that Adam had.
Just thrilled to see he’s home and the place is filled with love.
Great stuff..
